Brandon is a Director of Photography and Editor based in Southern California.
He describes himself as a visual storyteller where empathy and understanding are at the core of his creative philosophy.
As a graduate in Film & Electronic Arts at California State University Long Beach, Brandon has worked on a diverse range of films and commercials. Many of these have been selected for Hollywood Foreign Press Association funding and have premiered at the CSU Media Arts and Culver City Film Festivals. In addition, Brandon has also served as the Executive Video Producer of 22 West Media, a multimedia company where he has produced the mini-documentary series Spotlight and music performance series 22 West Live Sessions.
Brandon's work is heavily tied to his multicultural upbringing as a Cambodian-American. He has a soft spot in the world of documentary and films that focus on people and culture. Being able to explore the untold stories of the people around us is essential for Brandon, whether it is behind the camera or the editing desk. In his free time, Brandon also enjoys photography, hiking, and listening to tech podcasts.
